Yes! We have set up both the Realm and PayPal portals so that you may choose where your gift will be used. You can select particular funds of the church, or put your instructions in a memo line in the giving box.

We have selected Realm through Vanco, and PayPal, both considered security leaders in their fields, for your online transactions of financial support toward First Christian Church, Baton Rouge.
Vanco utilizes the most advanced technology and follow the most stringent guidelines to ensure all your information remains secure. And to ensure seamless adaptation to any changes in technology or the business environment, they review their security measures and policies continuously. You should always be able to trust how your information is handled by your payment solutions provider.
As part of their comprehensive security and privacy safeguards, Vanco collects only the pertinent information required to perform your payment transactions. And, that information is stored in Vanco’s secure system and only used when needed to fulfill your requests and services.
PayPal is one of the most advanced payment processors in terms of encrypted security, and whether you’re sending money to friends or buying and selling products online, PayPal has a number of industry-standard security features and a bug bounty program to weed out vulnerabilities before it’s too late. PayPal also stores your data on encrypted servers, so the main risk to your account is from phishing and fraud rather than hacks and data breaches.

You can also give toward your yearly estimate/pledge by leaving the default selection: "General Fund Pledged."
There is no cost to the donor. The modest fees associated with online giving are deducted from the gift before receipt by First Christian Church. We believe the convenience and additional option of online giving will result in additional gifts offsetting the fees.
However, should you care to adjust your gift to reflect the charges being paid by the church, you may be interested to know that each bank card transaction incurs a processing fee of 2.29% plus 35-cents.
An ACH (bank account -- checking or savings) transaction carries only the 35-cent processing fee. Additionally, there are 35-cent batch fees applied once a day for bankcards and ACH each day there are transactions; and finally, there is a $10 monthly fee paid by the church to service the Vanco online payment account regardless of the number or amount of gifts/transactions.
PayPal's charitable giving fee, deducted before receipt of the gift by First Christian Church, is 2.2% plus 30-cents per transaction.
