WELCOMING GOD'S PRESENCE

Words of Welcome by Rev. Dr. David Chisham

Musical Prelude offered by Aaron Turnipseed

Announcements - Rev. Dr. David Chisham

Call to Worship - Ray Acardo via video

Leader: O Lord, save us from hardness of heart,
where your word cannot take root.
People: O Lord, save us from shallowness of mind,
where your word withers away.

Leader: O Lord, save us from the deceitfulness of riches,
where your word is choked by everyday cares.
People: Grant that our hearts may be fertile soil,
where your word flourishes and yields a harvest,
bringing salvation to ourselves and those around us.

Hymn - Morning Has Broken - Hymn #53- Aaron Turnipseed

Prayer of Illumination and Lord's Prayer - Ray Acardo via video

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever.
Amen.
