VBS Planning Meeting
June 7 @ 11 am in Fellowship Hall

I hope you're doing well this week. Our church is gearing up for this year's Vacation Bible School — Tropical Trek — running June 29 through July 3. It's shaping up to be a joyful, meaningful week for our kids, but we need a strong team to make it happen.
We're holding a VBS planning meeting this Sunday, June 7, right after church in the Fellowship Hall Meeting Room, and I would love for you to be there. We still need volunteers in several key areas:
• Snacks • Storytelling • Crafts • Recreation • Registration • Music
If you’ve helped before, you know how much the kids light up during this week. If you’ve never volunteered, this is a wonderful chance to jump in — no special skills required, just a willing heart and a little time. Every role matters, and your presence truly makes a difference.
Our older kids track is already fully staffed, so we’re focusing this meeting on building the team for our younger Tropical Trek explorers. I really do need a few more hands to pull this off well, and I would be grateful if you’d consider stepping in.
Please join us on June 7. Your help will bless our kids and our church family more than you know.
