Keep in Touch …
Several of our community remain largely or entirely isolated, and, as Frank Johnson described so eloquently in his Wednesday devotional (click here, to read it again), miss communication with our church family. If you would like a list of church members who would appreciate a phone call or note, please email or call the church office (225-926-4175), and we'll share contact information. Even if we can't physically touch, right now, as the old phone commercial used to say, we can, "Reach out and touch someone," with a phone call or letter!

VIRTUAL VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 2020
VIDEOS, LESSON PLANS, CRAFT INSTRUCTIONS & MORE!
Our friends at Lutherhill Ministries, who have previously helped out with our in-person Vacation Bible Schools, have created a Virtual Day Camp for youngsters with a five-day format including theme papers, lesson plans, sing-along videos, snack and craft instructions, and more. Feel free to use the materials on the schedule that might work best for your family - maybe a couple of evenings per week, or Saturday mornings, etc.
All the materials are available at this link. If you need help with the PDFs of plans or instructions, let us know, and we'll get a package together for you. There are particular, but not hard-to-find craft items used, but if you don't have or can't find or substitute just what's necessary, let us know about that, too, and we'll see what may be in the Sunday school craft closets we can share.
