With sadness, yet faith in the promise of the resurrection, we share that Fred W. Goodspeed has joined the nearer presence of God.
|
Fred's services will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home at 12012 Hwy. 190 W, in Hammond, Louisiana, with visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the service at 11:00 a.m. presided by the Rev. Dr. Julius R. Tipton, followed by interment at the Carter Cemetery in Springfield, Louisiana, at 11:30 a.m. Per the latest mandate, masks are required.

O God, who by the glorious resurrection of your Son Jesus Christ destroyed death, and brought life and immortality to light: Grant that your servant Fred, being raised with him, may know the strength of his presence, and rejoice in his eternal glory. In these and all things we ask in the Name of your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
