Tenth Station: Jesus is crucified
We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you. Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.
When they came to the place called the Skull, they crucified him and the criminals there, one on his right, the other on his left. Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, they know not what they do.” (Luke 23: 33-34)
Observe a few minutes of silent reflection.
Lord, grant us merciful hearts that we may bring your reconciliation and forgiveness to all. Lord Jesus, help us walk in your steps.
Sing: When I survey the wondrous cross On which the Prince of glory died My richest gain I count but loss And pour contempt on all my pride.
