At FCCBRLA, each year, the church elects members to act as "harvesters," the leadership team for the congregation. The harvesters play a vital role in the well-being, healthiness, and everyday functions in the life of the church.
Harvesters serve as resources for and coordinators of the ministries of the church in eight different areas, ensuring that as a community of faith we are continuing to seek God, create community and live faithful lives reflective of the life of Jesus Christ.

We have ordained ministers and paid staff here at FCCBRLA, but we also know that we are all ministers. We each minister and attend to, look after, and care for fellow members of the church, visitors, and the various ministries of the church. We each try to take a part in the ministries and outreach of the church, and encourage each of our members to do so. Whether a member or not, iIf you are interested in becoming involved, please check out our Ministry Opportunities Descriptions. You are then invited to fill out the Ministry Opportunities form and return it to the church office so we can connect you with our faith community!
