Mission and Outreach

At First Christian Church, we believe that it is our mission to be deeply engaged in our community and in our world. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 25 that it is the reponsibility of the church and its members to respond to the needs in our world, as we would respond to the least of these.

August 29 & 30 - Pictorial Directory Dates - Each family will receive one free 8 x 10 picture and a copy of the directory. Mark your calendars now to sign up for this church-wide event.

Safe Church Training -- There will be two Safe Church training meetings – August 29 and September 4. Each will be at 9:30am in the Youth Building. If you are involved with any of our children/youth programs in a leadership position and haven’t gone thru the training, please make plans to attend one of these meetings. Contact Rev. Laura if you have any questions.
